Dear Bill and everyone at Bishop Heating:

My wife and I want to thank yo for the wonderful job you did for us this past week.  We needed new central air system installed as quickly as possible.  We have health issues and it was really hot.  When we called with out needs, you had Jeff come out within a half hour.  He looked over the situation, decided what was needed (including the new furnace too) and checked it all out wherever necessary.  He then told us they would arrive at eight the next morning and we would have air by the end of the day.  I must admit I was skeptical....But it happened.  the crew, consisting of Rich, Roy, Ty, Lou were the most efficient, pleasant, neat people to ever work in our home.  Well done from beginning to end. (You might like to know that two of your competitors either called back when you were in the middle of the installation the next day or not until the job was done.  They were called at the same time with the same mention of urgency.)

To the Folks at Bishop Heating,

I am writing to express my appreciation for one of your technicians – Kevin. He has been coming to our home 2x/year for the spring & fall tune-ups. While I recognize that this is his job, I wanted to share the feedback that, from a customer perspective, he’s awfully good at it. We have a number of different service calls made to our home over the year from other companies and no one surpasses Kevin.

More specifically, he is incredibly professional and courteous, he engages my son to “learn how to clean the filters in order to help mom around the house,” he is pleasant and above all keeps our heating and air conditioning in tip top shape. Having learned recently that our A/C is quite old, that’s quite a feat! And yes, we’ve spoken with Jeff and are looking at getting a new A/C unit in the near future, but that’s a different conversation.

I hope that you will share my feedback with Kevin’s boss and even Kevin’s boss’s boss. It is rare these days to find service professionals who are so technically competent and customer service oriented. He represents Bishop Heating exceptionally well and we continue to be very pleased with his work.
